Thanks be to God, an American police officer was held accountable for murdering an African American man… George Floyd. The officer was found guilty of all three charges.
May this nation not turn back from the much overdue reform of its policing, criminal “justice” system, educational systems, immigration, health care and so on until there is real justice and equitable opportunity for all… and let’s begin with reparations.
Lord, grow within us a more Shalomic imagination for your will to be done on earth as it is in Heaven!
