Sad news out of Iraq. Five Christian missionaries – Larry Elliot, Jean Elliot, Karen Watson, David McDonnall, and Carrie McDonnall – while scouting sites for a possible water purification plant were gunned down in the northern city of Mosul… Carrie is the only survivor.
I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink.
Jesus replied, “If you only knew the gift God has for you and who I am, you would ask me, and I would give you living water.
If you believe in me, come and drink! For the Scriptures declare that rivers of living water will flow out from within.
To all who are thirsty I will give the springs of the water of life without charge!
