Hey friend, I’m looking for a few folks who might be willing to help me launch my new book. 2020s Foresight: Three Vital Practices for Thriving in a Decade of Accelerating Change is going to be released on September 1, 2020, I could really use your help getting the word out. Email me if you’re interested.

With COVID-19 putting the breaks on our ability to tour in support of its release, we’re hoping that you and a few other friends might help us spread the word about this new book.

I’ll gladly send you more info about our launch plan, and I’ll include a personal invite to our Zoom launch kick-off parties. Or you can visit the book’s Facebook page to explore how you can get share the book. Or if you wish, you can just help promote on your own… feel free to use any of the images on this page, and here are a few things that would be really helpful:

1. Buy it on September 1st, sharing images of the book online

2. When the book arrives post a picture of you holding it on social media

3. Read it, & post a 5 star review, saying a few nice things about it

BTW… If you decide to read the book with a few friends, in order to purposefully engage some of the changes you’re experiencing with hope rather than despair, let me know… as I, or my coauthor (Tom Sine), or both of us, would love to Zoom into your group and join y’all for a conversation.

Here’s just a little bit about the book…

2020s Foresight is one of the few Christian books putting practical tools in the hands of people to help them not only navigate things like the pandemic, anti-racism revolution, rising unemployment, the housing crisis, living life though Zoom, and other significant changes, but to embrace them as Shalomic design opportunities.

You could say that 2020s Foresight blends a deep spirituality of listening – in the Benedictine tradition – together with probability forecasting skills to equip people and their groups to anticipate changes that will likely impact their neighbors and their neighborhood. Rather than simply predicting some of the coming changes of the 2020s leaving people living in fear, 2020s Foresight helps readers open to discover God’s shalomic future. Each change you and your place experience is an “innovation opportunity” unto the common good. We hear a lot about the idea of a new normal, there is a new normal emerging, lets intentionally shape it unto the flourishing for all. These changes we are currently experiencing and the new changes on the horizon, are God’s invitation to join God in making all things new… I quite honestly, I think this book helps.

Please help us spread word about this timely and vital book. Here are some images that can be shared:
