All week I’ve been tucked away at our cabin in Bellingham.  As I’m making final edits to a manuscript for Baker Books.  The book will be titled, Thy Kingdom Connected: What the Church Can Learn from Facebook, the Internet and Other Networks.

Well, yesterday as I was working on the book and enjoying a cigar (as I’m prone to do), it was snowing so I moved into the garage.  And a reporter from the Bellingham Herald happened by.  The photo the reporter took made it into the online version.

Peace, dwight

Dude. I was on the Herald site and I saw this picture and I almost purchased it! I never purchase photos online. That does look like peace! What kind of cigar?

I really like this picture! I didn’t know you had a cabin in bellingham. I thought you had a beard, till I realized it was the cigar smoke
