Yesterday I submitted the penultimate draft of my doctoral dissertation!

O the joy!  Lynette, Pascal and I did the happy dance all over the house; we went out for dinner, opened a bottle of champagne and celebrated the fact the “WE did it.”  To submit a relational hermeneutic on MLK Jr day – the day when Americans remember the power of even one person’s relational vision – seemed kinda fitting.

“Up from the grave he arose…” or at least up from my studio.

peace & great joy, dwight

    Dwight,

Congrats. A year from now I hope to be as happy. I‘m with Jason, what‘s the chance of getting a sneak preview. I am having an ongoing discussion with Kent and Loren about thesis or project. I thought I was doin‘ thesis they think that I am doin‘ project. I hope the fog clears soon.

Also congrats on your new position at Mars Hill. What a month huh?
