So I’m settling into the blog-thang. I thought I would try posting my own Top 10 list… good enough for David Letterman, good enough for me. This will not be a list of my ten favorite books of all time. Rather, I will try to limit myself to books which came out this year, or quite recently. If a book is a “recent title,” I’ve include it because I only engaged it during this year.
So the following ten books touched me in some meaningful way during the year of our Lord 2000. I feel grateful for them, and to the people who birthed them, and to the publishing houses that offered to our world. These are some of the books I have found lingering in my heart, mind, and body. They are in no particular order, and I threw in a couple of bonus picks.
