So excited to share the launch of a new podcast co-hosted by Tripp Fuller & Tony Jones, and produced by Josh Gilbert. It’s titled, “Emerged: an oral history of the emerging church movement.” The podcast launched on January 1st, 2024 and each episode promises to weave together hundreds of hours of fresh interviews, archived recordings, and some amazing music. I can’t wait engage it.
The emerging church movement was a vital part of my life. I am forever grateful for the space it created to ask real questions, for the friendships I made, for the hope it birthed. for everyone to hear it. I was a pastor, leader, blogger, and author within this movement. I served on it’s board and even represented the movement at the National Council of Churches’ “faith and order commission” for a number of years.
All this to say, I can’t wait to hear from old friends, be reminded of a remarkable season, to learn new things, and find fresh hope.
