Duncan Macleod of Postkiwi.com re-posted a short excerpt from a “Seed Story” conversation I had with Spencer Burke of The Ooze. In the interview I offer a glimpse into my leadership struggle of dying to my “vision,” in hope of being raised to new life within neighborhood of the faith community I am pioneering. While it is my desire to lead as a faithful and present human being I feel the pull of my own ideas rather then the ongoing work of deep listening.
