As a spiritual leader of a small community of faith, I find assessing whether we are maturing to be a challenge. This may be totally nerdy but I’ve drafted, what I’m calling a “Community Profile“… it’s essentially a rubric to help our community listen to and for our becoming. I offer it here as a working document. It is not perfect, but its a starting place and I’m sure this tool will mature as we do. Take a look, if you end up using it as is, or modifying it to better serve your purposes I would love to see where you take it.
