For the second week out of the last three weeks, I have almost no Internet access. Lynette, Pascal, and I are at a wonderful cabin on Vancouver Island celebrating my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary. It seems like the art of unplugging, may take some intentionality on my part. Fostering a spiritual practice that invites ever more thoughtfulness to my use of the web feels like a growing edge. I wonder what faithful presence online might look like? I have a growing understanding of what an unfaithfully online presence might be… but how show up authentically feels like a challenge.
